In VW 1 I would get only 30 Performance bonus. That is why I wonder if this is a bug, or Lopdo changed something in the exp reward.

No, the performance bonus is only for beating other players. You should get 5 xp for every player that was killed for whatever reason (normal defeat, dissconnect, surrender, ect.) before you.
