me too...stuck with a loading window...same when i want to add or ban a players !

I think it has something to do with friending players that haven't played VW2 yet. Because mine isn't working either, and it happened after I added nearly everyone I've ever made a friendship with in the game. (Some having not been on for a while.)

Same problem for me. Takes forever and does not complete - I was able to do this two days ago - but now it is not working.

it should work now, you might need to relog to make sure you use latest server code if you are online right now

It started working, but then I removed someone from the friends list and it stopped working again.
