Contradiction.
From a strict mathematics/game theory perspective, there is no fix whatsoever to first turn advantage. It is a feature of turn based game, that can only be cancelled if the players have pre-placed units on the board. It is a concept that is tied with turn based games. It is a part of it. You can switch turn order all you want, even during the game, all it'd do is switch the advantage around, like a hot potato being tossed from player to player.
