I still really don't get it. Can I buy stuff with it? Or is it useless like The Euro, or US dollar?

Idea: Loans

The bank will loan anyone up to 300 {p} and you must pay it back before we reach 5000 {p} IF NOT than you don't get a share in it.
Also if it isn't paid by the time any other share goal is reached, 50 {p} is added in late fees.
