I like the idea!
What about the "Emo" race? They scratch semselfs a lot which cause them to have a -10% spawnrate and -2 unitstore limit.

I would buy alot of these "bad" rade ideas. Lopdo, I think you should implement some of these, it would make the game more exciting for some. :)

I would like sometime similar that disables all upgrades, boosts, etc, so I can easily host no-extras games and assure no one is using anything special by force of this race before start.
