Because you leaderboard reading noobs look at level rankings, which is xp based.

And as has been discussed, number of games nor wins does nothing more to prove anything, as players that do not play large long games with more players have better win odds naturally, and can play many more games to my one. So what's your point? You're acting as much of a noob in thinking others have more weight by wins or games played than by rank.

Okay, let's look at who has done better against me. I've played against techgump and niogreek approximately equally many times. I've never beaten niogreek. I have beaten techgump.

Honestly, it isn't like any of the leaderboard rankings actually mean anything, as proven by JTE.

My point exactly, none of it does. Let's clearly recall who tried to start this argument based on some leaderboard standing (YOU). You're wrong in thinking any other of those leaderboard ranks is any better of any indication. And if you've never beat nio, 1, you suck and/or 2, you hardly play which means you are no one to make good judgement. All in all, you = irrelevant.

ok guys, now that we are nice to each other once again, let me just say that this problem will be hopefully solved by ratings, which, in theory, should show who is good and who is not so good I don't think it will tell us who is the best, but I think it will be much better than current leaderboard

well at school we have these awards called school awards. pretty much you vote for "who will be president in 50 years" (someone told me i tied second on that ) and stuff like who has the best smile and stuff.

why don't we bring that here on vortex wars. Lopdo could you do that in your rating system? People could have ratings for who has the best conversation in vortex wars games (techgump) or most fun person to play with (tie with highlander and techgump) and so on...

i put my opinions of who i would vote for in () but obviously anyone else could win
