In the ingame chat he was telling me to kick THE BOSS and SHERRMANN13
i kicked him for being annoying
then he came back and the game started he attacked THE BOSS then he left me and SHERRMANN teammed up agaist him and i lost my bearings and wasnt able to beat him
anyone has played with him before?

Nope, but if he left you AND SHERRMANN13 teamed up against him, then how did you lose? Did you mean they both teamed up against you?

Unfortunately, this isn't a legit reason for banning anyone, as frustrating as this situation may be.
Also, in that particular screenshot the other player says he will draw, and one cannot ascertain whether he meant it as a joke or not...
