[Forum] Spontaneous Logout

Postby Ratburntro44 » Fri Mar 16, 2012 5:45 pm

The forum randomly logs me out. I was just posting in forum games, I pressed "Submit", and it logged me out. Sometimes I go to the index page, and suddenly the login thing is there. This happens spontaneously, sometimes 3 times a day, sometimes once in 2 months, so I don't think it has to do with the "Keep me logged in" button.

Do you know why this is happening or any way to fix it? Thanks.

This happens to me too. I was just to lazy to post it. :) Even after I click on it to automatically keep me on it still does the same thing. But after a while I kind of got used to it.

What browser you using?
What is your cookie status.

I only have this issue when using incognito mode in Chrome (disables cookies). Otherwise, never an issue on my end.

Usually Safari, but this has happened to me in Firefox and Opera, too. I rarely use private browsing, and that seems to make no difference on when it happens.

+1. There is no other substitute for Chrome.

As much as I hate Chrome, I am going to use it until this happens just to prove you wrong.

Chrome haters just don't know how to use it yet.
It is truly amazing, in about every way.

Is there a way to turn off tabs on top?
If there isn't, that alone is enough to make me hate it.
