Orange Colour Missing! ?.?

Less than one (1) second before my 7 player game started a player left, leaving only 6. When game started i was TEAL, the SEVENTH colour listed on the right side, in the spot orange went. There was no orange at all. What could have possibly caused this?!

I read it emidiatly after posting this, it was different, worse actually. In this the a colour was missing and the colour below was shifted, in the other case the colours were in the correct order, but the names were in the wrong colour and players in wrong sequence. But I see how they r similar and might be caused by the same problem. Thank u for replying.
