As for your question Beta... Hmm, I think it's appropriate to report if the user is spaming the message or the account users sole purpose is to post links. A regular user posting that in a basic conversation with another, no big deal.

Considering this is not a 'conversation', it can be treated as spam. Let alone the user is trying to take away in users from Vortex.
