Hello, I'd like to report Hatchu for admin abuse. I was kicked by him a day or so ago when beating him, no reason or warning given, but didn't take a screenshot (to be honest, I was totally unaware that you could report users for abuses at all). Then, I did a little research, found this thread and also others complaining about Hatchu (again) and him abusing kicks and bans. Then, today, I saw this happen:

Green leaving literally 5 seconds after telling us he was going to cut Hatchu. Now it is possible that he just thought better of it and decided to get lost, but I find this deeply suspicious, especially since I and others have apparently been treated in the same arbitary fashion to help Hatchu win.
In my case, though as I say I have no screenie, I was on top after a good game, but not certain to win, then Hatchu had a round of terrible luck. I posted in chat something along the lines of "lol that's terrible luck" and 10 seconds later I'd been kicked.

Penmania you are stupid if ou think that Hatchu is cheater, he is fair.
Look, if he told that NO ALLIES game, and somebody is breaking rules, should be kicked, i could do the same penmania, so do not be angry, just calm, and do not make stupid post's like this, end , report kicked.
One more thing yet, Green could exit alone too, to make Hatchu problems. I believe Hatchu didn't do anything, also, if he did this, he had reason to did this.
At all what i wanna to said in this report.

First of all, this has already been resolved. You have no idea if he said for a no allies game; in any case, I'm pretty sure it was already determined that that is not a valid reason for kicking. Not to mention reports of hatchu being like this aren't exactly totally new (cough… Awesome400)

One more thing to say to you…

Well unsurprisingly, my mod status has been taken away. I am actually not bitter. Just sad and disappointed.
Sad to think that all it takes is a few peeps to gang together and throw enough dirt (however tenuous) to ruin someone's reputation.
Disappointed to yet again see that Lopdo does not have any faith in his mods.
It has been a pleasure to be hounded, abused and targeted nearly everyday. I understand this is the job and I have dealt with each situation to the best of my ability and without taking it personally. I have even made good friends because of resolving issues!

It seems that keeping a file full of screencaps and scripts of chat to back up your reasons for kicking is not enough. Unfortunately, I do not hunt as a pack and mods only have themselves to defend. I would like to ask what more do you want mods to do? I do fear for the lifespan of future mods.

I would never accuse Lopdo of using any excuse to get rid of mods, nor would I accuse him of being rash with his decisions and not consider the evidence put before him.
Since this hasn't happened before, has it?

Lead by example.... I am now following. If you set a poor example, you can't really blame the behaviour you get.

I demoded you temporarily, for now, until this thing gets resolved. As I mentioned previously, swearing or spamming is no longer reason for any mod action (until it gets too serious), maybe except verbal warning, certainly not kick from the game you are playing. You should be extremely cautious about what you do as a mod when you are playing a game, because as you can see, it gets suspicious.

Do you consider your threats to ddos this forum professional? Lopdo has followed his own rules, and enforced them fairly. He has dealt with issues fairly... and according to the rules that he has created.

The moderation team is hardly necessary anymore at this point, and Lopdo has only retained the mods necessary for its upkeep.

I have not seen any problems so far.. and I think its appropriate to release team members that do not conduct themselves properly. Fiendess clearly has not acted professional over the last few days... so it is only fair that she was released.

Just because someone ally's in a non-alliance game. Does NOT mean that they should be kicked. All it means is that they are a total noob. But that doesnt mean that they should be kicked.

no questions asked. ure not even permanently banned.. so.......

i have no right really to judge but i kinda feel that hatchu didnt have a nice trial. i personally thnik that in the future, before a mod gets demoted there could be an actual topic for a trial where lopdo and the community can decide.

although i also find it suspicious of the numerous reports in hatchu, i still think there should be a trial
