If you look at the rules you made yourself, you just banned yourself with an IP-ban

Advertising: 1st Offense: Verbal Warning. 2nd Offense: Official Warning. Next Offense: Ban at moderators discretion (Up to 2 days) and up to 7 days upon repeated offenses after the first ban.
Impersonating Staff: Permanent ban upon the impersonating account, if the user impersonates staff with a name that is not similar to any moderators account, Verbal + Official Warning is to be issued. If the member persists of impersonating, a ban may be issued up to 14 days. (This rule also applies to mini-modding.)
** Mini-Modding includes pretending to be a moderator and/or giving warnings to members or threatening to ban them. **
When a member is causing trouble and you witness it, take a screenshot and report the member by PMing any moderator on the forums.
