OK....so..... we both know that you can keep hitting the end turn button so you don't have to ever choose your territory. The way to COUNTER this is by claiming every territory on the board so that they can never choose their place. I hope this helps.

you lose if all territories are taken and you didn't pick any yet. At least, it should work like that

That is what I said. But since a lot of people probably don't know this, should there be a place in the game where it says this? My suggestion would be in the how to play.

you can't play if you did not pick your first territory but you can't win until the other person surrenders

Did you test this, or are you just guessing. When I tested it it made me lose.
