Well... this is making my PC really slow for some reason...
So I closed out EVERYTHING.... it was IDLE.
It was using it's max frequency still?!
I belive it shouldn't be doing that, anyone here have any troubleshoot?
It only affects me when I watch a youtube video or flash game...
(Which it shouldn't even be maxed out in those situations)
