Like Dolphin, I think. It doesn't work very well for me because 1) my phone is slow and 2) the screen is too small for my liking.

I used to plat vw on my phone a lot back in the day, i used puffin which is a cloud browser that projects flash from and external servers which doesn't take much specs to use. It just needs decent internet.
