how is it possible for someone to be 1506 ranking still and only win 3 of 339 games?
I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are missing.
If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

Well apart from the rating being bugged, they can gain for 2nd or 3rd and a few more positions, or they won there last 3 games

hasnt won a game in month or so. i played them and they quit and still gained ranking.
