Great. We have 3 of 4 in lobby: Autumnwolf17 where are you?

I advise you not to accept their plea of if Biz disconnects to accept a redo as Jeremiah and I so kindly did, despite what point in a match someone had disconnected (ALL SITUATIONS OF A DC RESULT IN A REDO, no exceptions, as per what Givin, Jeremiah, and I agreed upon). We were doing well in the second match (of 3, after winning the first), when Biz DC'ed (he would've been dead in the next two turns, likely due to Jeremiah being able to cut him on his next turn and Himelik being kept busy with myself - and losing an 8v8 against Jeremiah); well before he actually DC'ed, Himelik has told us he did (suspicious). Now, knowing full well they're in the same room, it's likely he closed the browser because they were going to end up losing overall and wanted to redo the match (which we did, and then Weed and I lost). Now, the next match (3rd match), I DC'ed due to the storms in my area blinking out the power (and therefore losing internet connection). I had a few lands yet, but was not dead.
Now, after all of this, Himelik has refused to give us the redo that we so graciously afforded him and his brother.
We are currently hashing it out in the lobby, because Himelik is now reneging on the deal. He refuses to have the redo, despite when setting up the deal, specifically saying, "What happens if you guys are winning and Biz has 3 lands left and DCs?" We agreed to have a redo, because we all know how frustrating DC's are to begin with. He brought that situation up and also brought Gotcha into it, which I'd assume he is sour about (I know he is) and is now holding this deal hostage over. He refuses to acknowledge he even brought it up, when both of us know what he said.
Go ahead, ban me from your future tournaments, but I'd rather play in a tournament with honesty than one where simply because you're sour and afraid of losing that you're going to renege on a set of rules set forth beforehand.
