Who are the Elders?

This is a wrong answer and the wrong way to approach it, but I just looked at the post count in the members list and I think that just about everyone with 250 or more posts is an Elder, but it is not because of their post count....it just worked out that way.

I have my own definition. Except I don't really know what it is. I can just kinda tell.

I guess my definition would be those who have played actively for at least 2 years, I know multiple people who have joined in 2011 only to quit for a year or two and come back during 2013. Can we count those an elder? I think not IMO.
