Personally, I'd say PM the leader and give 'em a week tops to respond/become active again. However, if they don't even check the PM, then I'd say remove.

Well, I did send him a PM over 3 weeks ago, and he hasn't opened it yet. This is currently sitting in my PM Outbox.

I see both sides of the issue. However, seeing as I currently belong to a clan with some members who are multi-clan persons, I have no reason that I can vote no.

Therefore, yes, I think they'd be greatly deserving to be re-acknowledged as active.

Please clarify, by active do you mean just listed on the active clans listing, which means that they are recognized as a clan and can take part in any council sanctioned events (Not that we have any.. but still.)

or, do you mean accepted as a Council Member, which means they are also allowed to vote on the council.
