There's barely any similarity in the two. I have chosen to put the time into becoming a high status and contributing member to what is one of my favorite games, at least the one I am most active in. It is something I enjoy a lot, especially the chance to hang out with a community of good friends.

On the other side, what the troll(s) are doing is a single-minded devotion to pissing off someone else. It's the same thing, every day, with no possible enjoyment besides whatever childish pleasure you sort of people may derive from getting on people's nerves.

However you want to dress it up, you have spent far more than 1 hour per day not only writing posts but reading them too. There is a very close similarity in the two. And this being one of your favourite games, this suggests you play other games and spend even more of your life on other games and forums.

And 'High status' that's on par with highlander calling himself 'The Top Dog'

And 'you sort of people' ... You clearly get as much enjoyment out of playing this game as the people do who spend their time insulting highlander. The difference is, you see yourself as better than other human beings.

I used to play the game but I still read the forums from time-to-time. I noticed a fair few people on the forum seem to think that anyone who makes a forum account to write something which is not received well by other members, must be one of 3 or 4 people. Hundreds of people play this game, some people feel the need to write on the forum. Simple as that.

Are you aware we are abusing the forums rules just by having this discussion here? I also noticed new people on forum who is not accused since they don't try to cause trouble. You are just pointing out those who are accused of being one the flamers. Ofc you see it that way then. What about all the other new members?
