"Ready" glitch

From what I understand, there were two ways to announce ready in the game:
1. Press the ready button
2. Press the "check" sign by you name
Since the update, the 2nd one does not work for me anymore. Was it removed or is this a bug? I've seen this happen to others swell

same here, i can log in fine, but i cannot join a game. anyone know of any fixes for this?

I'm having the opposite trouble, the check mark works (didn't even know about that until i read it here a minute ago) but the 'ready' button does not work

Well, "ready" button does not work for me today, first time this ever happened. I noticed these problem occuring for many players ...

I will appreciate any help in fixing this bug.
