in my opinion we should try to recruit some acolytes first. at least one for each riderand then we could open a spot for 5th rider.

I agree. although I would rather see all acolyte positions filled before taking on a 5th rider. Or perhaps adjusting the number of acolyte positions available and having a position between acolyte and rider as well, maybe two slots for that.
