Maybe if you think more , Chess435 is a duo-mod , he can be both game and forum.He's not the first to have both jobs and Karen219 is on more , so i think she can handle it.As Autumnwolf17 and guest77 your not on the council yet , so don't get a vote.

As of right now, the current clans of the council (eliminating those clans that have closed/become inactive) are the following (Chess not included due to relative inactivity, same for Lopdo):

1. Vortex Ranger's
2. Wolfpack
3. 4Riders
4. OOS (borderline; Unknown says they're still around, but I'm skeptical. Not removing them as he/she still posts when needed)
5. Warrior's Creed
6. Knights
7. Military Soldiers

I incorrectly counted before, meaning that a clan needs 4 votes to be recognized. The Knights are currently in abstention, but reserve the right to change our vote at a later date on both the Killer Mantids & Armifera Fatum.

So to reiterate, the Killer Mantids have 2 yes's, 1 no.
Yes: WC, MS
No: Ranger's

Armifera Fatum has 3 yes's.
Yes: WC, MS, Ranger's

Am I correct in saying that we need 5 votes in favor before the notion is passed?

Great, it's looking like this will end up happening.
Then we just need to decide on the Three Chairmen {Assuming that number will be the agreed upon amount.}

The Ranger's agree to a three chairperson bench.
The bench is only the care-taker of the thread.
The bench itself having no votes,unless a council member is on the bench.

The Ranger's also agree to a two seat arrangement for each clan = two votes.
With an overall clan vote of 12, but 14 with The O.O.S.

Once the Bench has been organised and the council members choosen by each clan,then we can discuss further suggestions\topics.
