Joriom.. this topic is not for debating the nature of my motives, and techgump pointed out quite eloquently that all members have the same expectation for the rules to be carried out.

In the future I will provide larger screenshots (I use an in-browser app to capture the screen, so it doesnt automatically take the entire thing. I will take a larger area in the future though to provide a fairer view of the situation. I agree it does seem a bit sketchy to have only a sliver of the screen.

However, if you have issues with me.. you are more than welcome to take your own screenshots. The burder of your accusations are upon you, and until you prove that I am "rude and obnoxious" you are simply defaming my character.

If the people in the screenshots would like to post that sort of language in Kongregate chat... I have nothing against them. However, I believe that a double standard should not be held in this game. The credibility of my screenshots is not affected by my past, present, or future actions. Stating that they do... is in essence an ad hominem attack.

Not really, it would be if I were to say that you surely did offend them first in the past due to Hatchu's transcripts as proof
I did it in the same principle as insurance companies do. If you have made offenses in the past, you are put in a higher risk group, thus pay more. In this situation, your credibility is lower compared to before.

During the game the player was constantly swearing and also making racist remarks involving my color which was yellow.

I entered the game (XL, max-8), there was only this 3 players, then it started.
They didn't attacked each other, killed me and game have ended.
Can you watch their IP? Maybe they are bots?
