Jessica, as a sidenote, when you write your CV, never write "references on request" at the bottom of your CV. For an employer that receives 200 CVs, that has his work to do, ass kissing of his own bosses to do, and look through 200 CVs sometime in the afternoon, he takes about 15 seconds per CV. Reads it diagonally. He doesn't like the text, next. He finds a mistake, next. He finds information of little relevance, next. He finds that he needs to contact you to actually see what he wants to know about you, fuck that, next.
