Seems like a too easy achievement to get (simply connect 40 random pieces of territory in the map editor. But I do like the general idea of rewarding map building users.

What do you mean by an extra map slot? Increasing the maximum amount of territories you can place on the free map editor (vs. the 250 on the Deluxe editor)?
