It is better to lead from behind and to put others in the front, especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur. You take the front line when there is danger, then people will appreciate your leadership. Effective leaderships isn't about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by results, not attributes. Be careful of the environment you choose, and be careful of the friends you choose, for they will shape your very being.

Friends and good manners will carry me where money and fame cannot, it is better to be a friend to the few than an idol to everyone. I have no job in the WC, I simply want to extend a hand of friendship.

Nice speech. Most of that is very true. But you make the point of saying that a leader is best when people barely now he exists... I think what you meant is that people do not think of him as a better man, or a powerful person who is high and mighty, but rather just like the followers. Friendly, talkative, makes you feel like everyone is on the same level.

If you don't mean this then I am not a perfect leader, Autumn is not a perfect leader... The closets you get are BF and Tenz/Ozzie.

My point is that it is better to be a leader who gets down and does the dirty work rather than one who stands on high, all holier than thou. Sorry for getting all enigmatic and everything, it's just that I'm good at it.

Leadership is a art. Very few have perfected it. but to me, Leadership in a nut-shell is order. and i agree, BF and tenz/ozzy have done just that

I have always found it odd how you wolves are to us. Very, very friendly. Some would say too friendly. I like it though. I can have a nice conversation with you, or Cat, or Calle, or even Autumn. I do not discourage friendship between our two clans. Warriors and wolves! Let us join hands and paws and sing under the moonlight!
