EDIT: Ratings still suck... After about 8 wins, I lose 1 game and I am back below where I started at the beginning of the day. Why?!?

Well it is true that as you rise rating you will lose more rating, it entirely depends on the players you play. Play 1500 and below and you are likely to fall that low
