Storage Capacity

I have this weird thing in my storage capacity. I have the upgrade that should allow me to have 30 reserves, yet it thinks my max capacity is 20 and wont give me any higher.

Probably pointing out the obvious, but was it an upgrades disabled game?

I got both upgrades and mine get stuck at 30 for some odd reason...
It went like this recently... before I got my full 40 but now... meh...

Guess I will start playing small maps again :roll:
