Which would conclude us as a inactive clan.
I've been getting on in-game recently, but I couldn't promise anything past today.
Who in this clan gets on in-game?

Technically you have to play a game. Just take a screenshot of yourself playing and post it. That's all that would be needed.

How ridiculous.

Two much easier ways to do it are:

1) Just take a screenshot once a month of your in-game profile. This shows how many total games you have actually played. If the number is higher by anything the next month clearly you have played. A screenshot of playing a game doesn't prove anything. You could take 5 screenshots today and use them over the next 5 months, it wouldn't prove WHEN you played them.

2) You could take a video of you playing the game while holding up a copy of today's newspaper. You merely zoom in on your face, then the screen showing you playing it. Then you say something like, "Today is Thursday, May 12th, 2016. My real name is Steven Wilson and I am playing Vortex Wars". You then hold up a cup of coffee and today's paper. Zoom in on the date. Then go back to you with a big smile because you have PROVEN it to the world. Take the video to a notary public and have them stamp it with the official state seal. Pay the $10 processing fee and upload your video to http://www.certifiedbyanotarypublicrealvideos.com and show us your activity.

Sorry, I meant to add in that the screenshot needed a timestamp. Your suggestion here could still be rigged by playing 5 games and taking a screenshot after each one and posting them once a month.

In my opinion, not really. The person who wrote it is trying to kick out several clans under the premise that it will increase clan activity. My head is about to explode.
