You accused all 4 of us of cheating, of which isn't possible when we haven't played together since before Karen stepped down from leading KOTR after Beatlesfan left for a brief absence from the game.

False accusations are an insult. Not once have any of us ever secret allied, nor allied in matches that weren't designated as clan matches. You're belligerent and a harassing tone towards all of us has gone on for long enough and we've seen Fang tell you that he's gotten us "to shut up." Yes, we can spectate matches, too. Your bullshit has gone on for long enough and even though he claims to be "unbiased," clearly, he's throwing you the bone and leaving the harassment continue. Your constant baiting without even being spoken to is against the rules. Your insults are against the rules. Yet, you're still here.


Whenever someone threatens you, though, you play the victim card and then pretend to be all high and mighty. Just because "High" is in your name doesn't put you above another user on this forum. Your attitude towards most of us and general behavior actually is lower than a vast majority of other users. I don't condone my own behavior, but since it appears none of the mods will do anything when you break the rules other than give you a slap on the wrist, there's no reason why I see that I shouldn't get the same for standing up to you for being what you are: a bully.

You constantly insult Steven90, Jeremiahweed234, and myself, and even after these reports pile up time after time, you got what, a weeklong ban? Wow! After having so many offenses beforehand and bans before, you'd think that something else would be warranted. I got a ban for half as long as a first offense. You're at what number now? Oh wait, nobody remembers (nor cares).

Just because the mods refuse to punish you doesn't mean I'm going to back down to your pitiful attempts at self-justification for your obsession over this game, which presumably consumes your time, seeing as you're always online and seem to think you're the axe of justice in this game.

It really is refreshing to see that people can stand up to highlander (small 'h') and state the truth, particularly in such a sophisticated and articulate way.

I think the only reason highlander has not been permanently banned from this game is because of the longevity of his 2 accounts and because he has invested more time in this game than anyone else; this is exemplified by people who are relatively new to this game who have received lifetime bans for doing or saying things which are mild compared to what highlander has done.

highlander will never be banned from the game or the forum, that is obvious now. What shall continue to happen is his abuse (which is well-documented); the only thing that will change are the people who discover this game, play it, enjoy it, encounter highlander and then make a complaint about him on the forum or to other people in the game.

highlander will be here for the rest of his life.

The simple reason you haven't been banned for life is because of your friendship with techgump, Chess435 leaving the game/forums (again), and persistency of 'flattering' (if you can call it that) of Fangfallen. I'd like to preface my message with an apology; I haven't done well enough being an unbiased judgement maker.

To the best of my knowledge, there have been no rule infringements or baiting incidents other than this whole topic of Blacklisting. Now that I'm a forum mod, I'll crack down here as well. However, I must say this; I've made a mistake. My line of thinking is to blame for a lot of these arguments. Up until this point, I've been thinking of you all as my friends and that I just need to settle your arguments so we can all have fun. Quite to the contrary, it seems I must put up with a group of kindergarteners who just refuse to share their toys. So, as for all your misunderstanding and outward hatred towards one another, I expect it to end and I am by no means condoning it. From this point on, Highlander, quite referring to them as the "pizza noobs/gang/etc", you may by all means kick them from your games, I don't really care. Don't talk to them either. The rest of you, don't even talk to Highlander. If either party feels offended, or witnesses the other infringing upon the rules. Don't say anything to them, SCREENSHOT IT and post it on Report Users or PM it to me. I am tired of the back and forth arguing. Forget the moderator discretion and lenience, the mod room has a guidebook, I'll stick to it firmly. Bottom line is this; shut up, send the screenshots.
