Vortex Warriors Clan (Inactive Clan)

Assuming the vote is for a position on the council, I cannot vote no in good conscience whilst in a clan with many multi clan members. As for being active, I see that they are working on leveling up (or so the posts in their thread suggest), so I would say that their activity well rivals that of two fairly inactive clans (that both currently have a vote on the council despite this lack on in-game activity).

So, TL;DR, I guess that they, in my own personal opinion, have no reason not to be recognized as active or to be declined a vote, especially since they are one of the longest surviving clans that remains, despite their inactivity as varying points (which also rivals that of other clans).

I have the same beliefs, as shown in my post in the council, and therefore, I also vote to add the OOS back.
And for those who think they shouldn't be added because of members in multiple clans, here I am, in another clan other than WC, that IS in the council, swaying the vote in my favour.

Also, I am proud to lead one of the "fairly inactive clans" stated by Guest77, however, I am trying to change that. And... We do have more in-game activity than forum activity.

Opens tomorrow Sunday, April 13 and lasts two weeks.

You can be in more than one clan. This clan will not ask you to leave your other clan. There are only two members of this clan that must be only in this clan - The Clan Leader and the Co-Leader.

Recruitment Drive Point System:

- For this two week drive the goal is for every clan member to recruit at least one new member. You are not required to and there is no problem if you don't but it is a goal
-Throughout the drive I will track your progress and award points for how well you do as follows:
- If a player posts asking to join without anyone asking and you nominate them you get 2 points
- If you nominate a player first and then they post to accept you get 5 points
- If the player that you nominate is ONLY in VWC you get 2 additional points
- If the player that you nominate is new to the forum (registered on the forum within the last 7 days) you get 5 additional points
- If the player that you nominate is level 10 to 29 you get 2 additional points
- If the player that you nominate is level 30 or higher you get 4 additional points
- All points are only awarded if the player is both nominated by you AND accepts. There are NO points for nominations. The player must also join for you to get points..

The highest point earner will earn the Top Recruiter award. You will be listed on the front page and also in the poll section at the top so you will "be on every page" when someone reads the clan page.

So - What is the prize for earning the Top Recruiter position?
If the Top Recruiter is not already on the Senate, I will reserve the next vacancy for the Top Recruiter. This means that you are already my nominee for when the next Senator vacancy occurs.
Here is some incentive for current Senators - I commit my vote for Clan Co-Leader to any eligible Senator that earns the Top Recruiter title during this current drive.
