Sometimes i like to make a push in order to win a match but i always end up without enough units to keep the pressure on so what spawn boosts will do is add +50% to your units gained at the end of the round meaning instead of getting +4 you get +5 and if your at the maximun you get +25 or if you have storage +5 units will go into storage as well.

these kind of exist. There's an Upgrade that lets you collect more re-enforcements. Currently you get 1 man per region up to 20 men. The upgrades let you get 1 per up to 30 and 1 per up to 40 respectively. Not a lot of use in early game, but late game it's been the deciding factor quite often.

I alreday mentioned about storage upgrades if you get more than 25 men the remeaning are put in storage this helps out when you need re-inforcements fast.
