I think the last few players (depending on player count) should have a xp modifier - for example, the last player should get 20% more XP or so because the game is harder for them.

I actually think this is a good idea, not because of the XP alone but it gives more incentive for noobs to not quit when they are last. (which happens in well over half the games I play)

Yeah. It's definitely more challenging to win if you are last, and you should be small-ly rewarded for that.

I wouldn't mind seeing a 5-10% XP buff for being in the back half of the player order. Nothing too major, though.
