Move every soldier

Hello,
Why you can't move all of your fleets? Only to attack / bash?
I want to move my 8 soldiers to my other 8 soldiers so i have 16 soldiers
If this will be in the game, i'll probably buy deluxe!

If you could do this, I wouldn't play. The intrinsic strategy would be completely changed- it would be horrible.

I think it would be nice if I could move some soldiers from an inner-eight territory to a border-one or two territory. But I like the eight limit. Sixteen would be a little bit much.

i don't like the idea - this adds stratergy and means you have to be careful on manual where you reinforce. as for the others you just have to play randomly.
