I'm not sure if this was requested yet, but could you make the rewards for gaining some of the achievements larger? I mean, getting 500 wins in 6+ player games is pretty difficult and yet it only gives something like 1000 exp and 100 shards? (Sorry, can't remember the exact numbers)

..But is this happening or no?

We should relax the levelling system closer to what it used to be. Remember the good ol' days when you didn't need a bajillion XP for just one level?

Buuuut as an "elder" who is still in the lvl 20s, I'm fully on board with relaxing the levelling system.
