General observaton:
I like giving each rule its code that can be easily adressed. Yet I don't think those A's and B's need dots. Its not N'th rule.
I dont like overusing red, or rather one color. In oryginal verson we had clear division: ToS, & Rules. Red used to be the divisor. Bold, bigger black text divided subsections. I liked that. In the "updated" version we have everything divided by bold, red text with varrying size. Which is harder to notice at first glance.
At the current state I had to vote "No, its not an improvement" as rules list gained readability but overall document lost it and most of the rewordings were hardly noticable, if changed anything at all.
