Show host name

Please update so that the ORIGINAL host's name is shown both in the game lobby and in-game itself.
The reason I ask this is because I am finding some very inappropriately named games in the lobby and I'm not sure who is creating them because I am not sure whom the host is.
This must be added for two reasons:
A.) So I and other mods can end the names.
B.) So game names can be accurately reported on the forums.

Guests can't make game names anymore but unfortunately they can still make guest names.Lopdo is also working on a cap level idea at lvl10 for making games.But whatever happens the real guests are the ones to lose out because of certain childish players.

In game lobby there is a little spot underneath the race toggle.
