Vortex Wars

The rules displayed on the forum need to be displayed in-game.
A lot of people don't even know about the forum and thus the rules.
I mean, a lot of it is common sense but it's likely that more people would behave if more people had easy access to the rules.

I'd suggest adding it into another tab on the how to play section, it seems like a good spot.

Lopdo could take out newsletter and put rules there so when you click the rules will show up

I notice trolling is against the rules, yet it happens on a near constant basis, which ends up causing people to break other rules, such as swearing...>.>
