sectional distribute mode

Instead of the count of the largest section setting amoun distribute to all sections have each section get different units based on its size

What if you had however many reinforcements you would normally have, but spread them based on ratios? Or could only pick one area to reinforce?

Frankensteins and Werewolves would be overpowered though.

Then they'd be weaker, especially in full map.
