We notice that guest were used to make game name at HL
And then level 1 accounts were used to do it at HL again
why dont we put a req level like 10? to alter game names

Well, they will get to level 10, abuse with game names, and get caught. And they will have to start all over.

Dont let them change there names

they will just get guest and a random number

And apply the lobby censor to game names at least.
