Vortex Wars

I want to create a race whose ability improves as below start in the game (colors), and the idea is as follows:
two proposals:

FIRE WIZARDS:
Legend:
Students of magic and preparation for battle, the more time they have to meditate, your attacks will be stronger as you begin to fight.

Hability:
The first X attacks that do, are made with an army added. X is equal to half of your position in the game (rounded up)

ICY WIZARDS:
Legend:
Students of magic and preparation for battle, the more time they have to meditate, your defense will be stronger as you begin to fight.

Hability:
The first X attacks against you, defend with an army added. X is equal to half of your position in the game (rounded up)
