There is a button to attach a file in your post. Its just hard to find if you are not curious.
When you write something, click preview instead of submit, a more detailed menu with smilies and other stuff will appear. Scroll down and you will see 2 tabs (one saying "Options" which is selected and the other "Upload attachment"). Simply select "Upload attachment" and follow the instructions.
