Unpublish

Postby attackbomb » Mon Feb 11, 2013 8:43 pm

Let's say you made a map. And you think it's perfect, but then you realize you forgot something important to the design.or you just got the deluxe editor and you want to make your map bigger.

If you allow unpublishing then people can fix or add what they want. But i now what you're thinking what if people are playing on the map? What happens to the votes? and what if it's featured or top map?

well there could be a reminder that if there are people playing on your map it'll notify you and will prevent you from unpublishing. The votes will be removed (or could stay) and if it's top, it'll stay for sometime unless it hasnt been republished in a certain amount of time.

I would like to remove my map. When I first had the chance, messing around, I made a garbage map in a couple of minutes, just to check out the options. The map sucks and I would like to delete it, but don't know how.

I'd like to be able to, but feel this could be abused.

You mean the first map made with map editor ever? That's a part of vortexwars history! A relic. A bit joking, but it's kinda fun.
The guards gaze at you:"Prepare yourselves" If you get the game that is from you are awesome.

Very big plus, although I think that players that have abused map glitches should be restricted from doing this (what we have now) I don't like that you only get a limited amount of maps you can make and then you can't make any more, and the level 10 restriction is very little incentive to buy more maps; if the maps were restricted just to save Lopdo space with maps then why can't we edit them?
The simple, the best.

Xerxes:Let us reason. It would be a waste. It would be madness for you and your troops to perish because of a misunderstanding. There is much our cultures could share.
Leonidas:Haven't you noticed? We've been sharing our culture with you all morning.

Don't worry, I wouldn't delete that.
