I think that ranking system is a great idea, but thinking about it i've found a couple of bad things:

I think it could be more usefull if the amount of points won/lost were smaller... Why? Because now you can see people with a R:1600 and it's only because they luckly won the last 3-4 matches. and the same thing happen to a good player that lose something like 100 points for a lost match.

Interval from the own maximum and minimun ranking is too high and then don't represent the real ability of a player. In other words the single match incides too much to the ranking.

for example: 5 days ago i touched my minimum (R:1345) and now i'm at my maximum (R:1675).

hmmm... if you mean...
lower the points lost and points gained in rank (making the losing part go little less)
then yes if not...

Not sure this would fully work.

You would still have relatively the same amount of points now, or if the increments were smaller. So Instead of a 1600+ rating now, you might have a 1550+

But everyone would be under the same criteria, it would be the exact same in my opinion.

However I do agree the system could use some adjustments somewhere. I find it to be a very cheater inducing system that rewards teamers/multiple account users.
