Seasons, Longer Leaderboard and inactivity resets

Two requests in one:

-Can you implement regular seasons where Ratings are reset every month for example? Maybe even give the top 10 players a special things to go on their profile or have a super-rare race for top players only? That would be really awesome

-Make the top 10 into a top 100? That would encourage more competative play as number 10 is always around 2400, an unrealistic goal.

-Reset inactive players, maybe an inactivity of 2 weeks. I swear that half of the leaderboard don't play anymore!

I think it would be simpler to just make rating go down by like 4% each day after 7 days of inactivity, until it reaches 1500.

3000 -> 2880 -> 2764 -> 2653 -> 2546 -> 2444…

Obviously the percentage could be changed, but it could work.

Thats another good way of controlling inactive players, rating degeneration, used in League of Ledgends. Both have been proven to work.
