I think i'm not gonna make a lot of friends with that topic ...

Actually, 2689 topics exist and i'm surprised i've only seen around 10 closed ...

Some topics are olds and obsoletes, so they need to be closed ... Cause we have more and more members in the forum and if unfortunately "a troll" will come and post some msg like "UP" to put some olds topics in the top of the list, it can be the mess really quick ...

Don't take this topic as an offense for the moderators, i know how hard is their jobs.

bumping doesn't happen that often around here, dead topics usually remain dead. No reason to lock them all, it wouldn't accomplish anything

This makes absolutely no sense.
