Allies:how to stop them.

Ok lets get the situation. If 2 people are next to each other without attacking each other for too long we can see them as "allies"since they are helping each other out by not attacking. If you dont like tis allies we can add an option when you create game called "Ally punishment". Remember the situation before? Good if this last for x turns we could say Lopdo programmed game to notice this, (like it give warnigs to players being idle) and assume thye are allies. For being idle the punishment is kicking.. For the game assuming you are allies the game will give punishment. Maybe temporarily take away bonus, take away boosts, or reduce units or give lower unit cap. Just a punishment. We could have an option for host to decide punishment. And too make it as little beneficial for the "allies" as possible it will apply for all players who paritpate an alliance and all their regions. We just need someone to design an "ally allowed" icon and "ally prohibited" icon.
Btw why does this only have one direction?
