Blod thirst: +1 attack for every enemy region conuquered maximum 10 %
Easy to squat: Minus 1 defense for every region lost can go down to minus 10

seems a bit OP, negative 10... that is like... even a 0, if there is one + can attack with, can take it.

seems too easy to get the bonus and seems too easy to lose your defense too
