Betting with Shards and Coin

It would be really sweet for betting to happen before games begin. So I can offer a win, or at least to beat, one or more players, and back that with shards or coin bet. The opponents can chose to accept or decline bet to take my shards (or pay them) upon winning or losing the bet.
Possible Bets:
Winning the Game
Beating the Player
That offer can be sent to one or more players in the game lobby. Ther offer can be accepted or declined. If accepted, the offer is retracted if the player leaves the lobby before game start. Offers cannot be accepted if player does not have the coin or shard to back bet.
This way, I can tell players to put their money where their mouth is.
Problem is, could this be used in ill ways. I believe so.

+1 for this idea. I like it.
I am also concerned though that the same players who already ruin the game with 2 accounts or secret allies would quickly figure a way to exploit this. Not sure how you could prevent that - other than not offering to bet that guy again.
Maybe there is a way to allow another mode - Bet Mode "on" or "off". If you go in with Bet Mode "on" - then you are automatically deducted XX shards at the start with the winner taking the pot (in addition to any other shards you would normally get, of course).

- Bladehacks making a coherent sentence
- Moving your profile across sites.
- Reversing the order of turn 2.
- Separation of boosts and racial bonuses under the "disable upgrades" option.
- Offline Mode/AI
- Transfer of shards/coins between accounts. (Some exceptions may be made, PM Lopdo for details)

I only see players making money on this not Lopdo. You mean Lopdo will have fine for betting right?

I only see players making money on this not Lopdo. You mean Lopdo will have fine for betting right?
i think if a 20% cut of the bet gos to lopdo

Trading/Betting = Cheaters
Its a fun great idea, but promotes cheating and for a game this size, would create way too many problems for the devs (or lopdo) to handle.
